Puszczykowo is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Wielkopolski National Park with its breathtaking post-glacial landscape and numerous species of flora and fauna.

The landscape of the surrounding areas of the WNP and numerous tourist routes enable visitors to actively spend their time. Watercourses encourage kayaking and boat trips, and cycling and walking routes invite for bike rides, walks and cross-country skiing in winter. An excellent form of spending time outdoors is also a draisine ride. The railway route starts in Puszczykowo and ends in Osowa Góra. There are also interesting historical monuments in the area. On an island on the Lake Góreckie there are ruins of Klaudyna Potocka’s castle, and a road called Greiserówka, built during World War II runs from Komorniki to Jeziory. It leads to the former residence of Arthur Greiser, Nazi German politician and war criminal. Currently, the building houses a Natural History Museum with exhibits going back to the last ice-age and examples of the animals living in the near-by lakes, forests and meadows.

Those interested in the works of Polish and European painters such as J. Malczewski, S. Wyspiański, J. Matejko, J. E. Blanche, M. Slevogt or I. Zuloaga could visit the Raczyński Family Palace in Rogalin near Puszczykowo. The museum also boasts a coach house and a beautiful garden with the famous Rogalin Oaks. The trees, symbolizing dignity and strength, were an inspiration for Leon Wyczółkowski and Michał Wywiórski, whose works can be seen in the Palace. In the Regional Museum in Stęszew, which is located several kilometres from Puszczykowo, visitors can learn a lot about the history and traditions of this region. The museum exhibition consists of everyday objects, old photographs, documents, banners, signs and seals.

After sightseeing, one could go to the Lake Lipno and visit the Wake City Marina, where wakeboarding is practiced. It is a place not only for professionals but also for people who are just beginning their adventure with this discipline.

Great attractions for families are provided by Deli Park, which is located near Rosnówko, where one can see gigantic insects, the most important buildings in the world in a miniature version, as well as kangaroos and alpacas. Puszczykowo and its surroundings is a perfect place for people who like to spend time actively and for those interested in art and history. Beautiful nature of the Wielkopolski National Park, fresh air, numerous tourist routes and access to culture are the greatest advantages of this place.
